Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@hollisandbarrow.com. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
